Board Of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Gujranwala is conducting Essay Writing Competition 2023 amongst the students who are enrolled in public and private(affiliated with BISE Gujranwala) institutions in 9th & 10th (Matric) and 11th & 12th (Intermediate).

There are two categories, one for Matric and one for Intermediate. Male and female students will compete in separate competitions for these categories. A student can only compete in one Urdu or English competition. Because these competitions will take place at the same time. The instructions for Essay Writing Competition 2023 listed below must be followed by both the Heads of Institutions and the students.

(1)The students will write their Essays under the supervision of the Board in the Examination Hall on prescribed sheets provided by the Board.

(2)The names of the students along with their (Passport Size) Photograph (Students Name and Father’s Name must be mentioned on the back side of the Photograph), and father’s Cell No. who want to take part in Essay Writing Competition, must be reached with complete particulars through Heads of their respective Institutions in the Board’s office up to 24-01-2023 positively(on given proforma). The Names received after the due date will not be considered for participating in the competition.

(3)Each category of this competition is limited to a maximum of five students from a single school.

(4)The Board will place the Essays before an Examiner to evaluate the best three Essay. The winners will be awarded the following prizes:

1st Prize: 15000/-
2nd Prize: Rs. 10000/-
3rd Prize: Rs. 7000/-

(5)The Essay will consist of 300 to 400 words۔

(6)The Competition will be held in Urdu and English languages only.

(7)The duration for Essay Writing will be One & half an hour from 10:30 A.M to 12:00 P.M. whereas, whereas reporting time will be 10:00 A.M.

(8)The Essay Competition will be held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of BISE, Gujranwala on 30-01-2023 (for Matric students) and 31-01-2023 (for Intermediate students) at 10:30 A.M.

(9)All the participants are directed to reach the Examination Hall on the above-mentioned date and time.

(10)No TA/DA will be paid to the students/teachers who will come to the Board/ Examination Hall for the said competition.

(11)Clip Boards are allowed. Use of any modern Gadget is strictly prohibited.

Essay Writing Competition 2023(URDU)

بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن گوجرانوالہ 9ویں اور 10ویں (میٹرک) اور 11ویں اور 12ویں (انٹرمیڈیٹ) میں سرکاری اور نجی(گوجرانوالہ بورڈ سے الحاق شدہ) اداروں میں داخلہ لینے والے طلباء کے درمیان مضمون نویسی کا مقابلہ کروا رہا ہے۔

دو کیٹیگریز ہیں ایک میٹرک لیول اور دوسری انٹرمیڈیٹ لیول۔ ان کیٹیگریز کے مقابلے میل اور فی میل طلباء کے لیے الگ الگ منعقد کیے جائیں گے۔ ایک طالب علم اردو یا انگریزی میں صرف ایک مقابلے میں حصہ لے سکتا ہے۔ کیونکہ یہ مقابلے ایک ساتھ منعقد ہوں گے۔ ذیل میں دی گئی ہدایات پر اداروں کے سربراہ کے ساتھ ساتھ طلباء کو بھی عمل کرنا چاہیے:

طلباء بورڈ کی طرف سے فراہم کردہ مقررہ شیٹس پر امتحانی ہال میں بورڈ کی نگرانی میں اپنے مضامین لکھیں گے

طلباء کے نام اور ان کی پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر (تصویر کے پچھلے حصے پر طلباء کا نام اور والد کا نام درج ہونا ضروری ہے) اور والد کا موبائل نمبر۔۔ جو طالب علم مضمون نویسی کے مقابلے میں حصہ لینا چاہتے ہیں وہ اپنے تمام کوائف 24 جنوری 2023 تک بورڈ کے دفتر میں اپنے متعلقہ اداروں کے سربراہان کے ذریعے تفصیلات مکمل کریں۔ مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والے ناموں کو مقابلے میں شرکت کے لیے زیر غور نہیں لایا جائے گا۔

ایک اسکول کے زیادہ سے زیادہ پانچ طلباء کو ہر کیٹگری کے اس مقابلے میں حصہ لینے کی اجازت ہے۔

بورڈ بہترین تین مضامین کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے ایک ایگزامینر کے سامنے مضامین رکھے گا۔ جیتنے والوں کو درج ذیل انعامات سے نوازا جائے گا

1st Prize: 15000/-

مضمون 300 سے 400 الفاظ پر مشتمل ہوگا۔مقابلہ صرف اردو اور انگریزی زبانوں میں منعقد ہوگا۔مضمون نویسی کا دورانیہ صبح 10:30 بجے سے 12:00 بجے تک ڈیڑھ گھنٹہ ہوگا۔ جبکہ رپورٹنگ کا وقت صبح 10:00 بجے ہوگا۔مضمون نویسی کا مقابلہ میٹرک کے طلباء کے لیے 30 جنوری کو اور انٹرمیڈیٹ کے طلباء کا 31 جنوری کو ملٹی پرپز ہال گوجرانوالہ بورڈ میں صبح 30۔10 بجے منعقد ہو گا۔

کلپ بورڈز کی اجازت ہے۔ کسی بھی جدید گیجٹ کا استعمال سختی سے ممنوع ہے۔

نوٹ:: سوالیہ پرچہ میں مضمون کا عنوان موقع پر دیا جائے گا۔ اس مقابلے کا مقصد طالب علموں کی تخلیقی تحریری صلاحیتوں کو بڑھانا اور رٹہ اور روٹ لرننگ کی حوصلہ شکنی کرنا ہے۔ تمام طلباء کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ تمام ضروری سٹیشنری اپنے ساتھ لائیں۔ بورڈ صرف مضمون نویسی کے لیے جوابی شیٹ فراہم کرے گا۔
