Identified Anomalies In The Data Of Annual School Census Form 2020

Dear All,

I hope this email finds you well. The M&E team is currently in the process of data checking for the Annual School Census. In this process, we have identified anomalies in the data of 14,956 schools regarding enrollment, facilities and classrooms. The list of anomalies is attached, it is requested that the process of verifying the anomalies be initiated in the field.

The process will include resubmission and reverification of updated forms, and response to the two columns in the attached excel sheet, including the “Status” and “Remarks”, where Status will indicate whether the data was edited in SIS or not, and Remarks will give the reason why the data was edited/not edited.

The process should be completed no later than 16th January, 2021. The following resources are available for your facilitation:
For questions regarding anomalies, please contact M. Muzaffar Iqbal, DBA ([email protected])
For rejection of forms so that data can be edited, please contact Ali Imran, ITC ([email protected])
For sending back the filled excel file, please email it to [email protected]
As always, we appreciate your support in this regard.
