No Break In Anti-Dengue Activities During Vacations In Schools

Anti-Dengue Activities: School Education Department Punjab has issued a notification in connection with “Activation Of 100% Android Mobile Users For Anti-Dengue Activities” and shows its concerns regarding stoppage of anti-dengue activities in schools during vacations. It has been observed by SED that anti-dengue activity-based snaps are not being uploaded on dengue dashboard through Android Phones on regular basis.

It is requested to all Chief Executive Officers (DAEs) Punjab to direct all the Focal Persons/users registered for Dengue Surveillance to ensure 100% anti-dengue activities through android phones so that real time information must be available on the dashboard of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).


Anti-Dengue Activities

School Education Department Punjab has also issued a notification dated November 25,2020 regarding “Entries Of B-Form Number Of Children In Census Data” and issued directions to all Chief Executive Officers(DAE) Punjab that as you all know that census of schools have been conducted in October, 2020. In this exercise of census it was mandatory to add B-Form number of the children. It has been noticed by the authority that you and your lower staff (Heads, AEOs, Dy. DEOS & DEOs) have not paid full attention for the above said task.

You are hereby directed to ensure updation of B-Form number in census data by 30.11.2020. Kindly convey these directions of the Authority to all concern to complete this data within given date.

In case of any negligence CEO and DEO concerned of the district will be responsible.
