Quaid-E-Azam Academy For Educational Development has issued a notification to all the district QAED heads in 36 districts of Punjab in connection with “01 Day Orientation On Training Management System(TMS) Of QAED Punjab”.
Training Management System (TMS) is launched in Provincial QAED with the collaboration of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to enable timely and effective management of training and proceed towards a paperless office environment in the public sector.
The main objective of this management software is to ensure that every correspondence is digitally accessible round-the-clock. The competent authority desires to install/replicate the same system in 36 District QAED, Punjab to facilitate the office for disposal of official assignments on speedy track.
In this regard, 01 Focal Person from every respective District is invited at QAED Punjab on 19-08-2022 (FRIDAY) for 01 Day Orientation Program on Training Management System (TMS) for understanding the system.
QAED Punjab is requesting to send 01 Focal Person of every respective District in the given schedule & time. For successful conduct of the aforementioned orientation, participants are requested to take the following necessary steps:
- The Participants are directed to attend orientation along with Nomination Letter from District QAED Head at Provincial QAED.
- All are requested to bring list of Master Trainers & Trained Trainees of Naazrah Quran.
- Participants will have to observe all SOPs for the prevention of COVID-19.
- For completion of assignments, participants are advised to bring personal laptop and USB/Flash drive.
The participants are requested to follow the directions strictly to avoid any problem.
