The department has also expressed concern regarding teachers who were transferred in the first phase but did not join their new school through School Information System (SIS). District authorities are required to report the reasons behind such cases and ensure that all rationalized teachers assume their responsibilities promptly. This accountability step is crucial for the success of the 2nd phase of rationalization.
The Punjab School Education Department has clearly instructed that the directions must be implemented in their true letter and spirit. CEOs are urged to take this matter as a top priority to avoid disruption in the new academic year.
