Complete Schedule of Annual School Census 2025

The Annual School Census 2025 has officially been launched by the Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-PESRP) under the Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme. This annual activity plays a vital role in gathering accurate data from all schools across Punjab. With technical support from PMIU-PESRP, the School Education Department has been conducting the Annual School Census (ASC) since 2004 to ensure effective educational planning and development.
The primary goal of the Annual School Census 2025 is to collect, analyze, and manage educational data from every public school in Punjab. This data is used for policymaking, resource allocation, and identifying areas that require immediate educational interventions. The census also helps monitor teacher deployment, student enrollment, infrastructure availability, and learning resources.

-
Enrollment numbers (by gender and grade)
-
Availability of classrooms and furniture
-
Teacher details and attendance
-
Facilities such as electricity, toilets, and water

To facilitate this, PMIU provides the Annual School Census Form, which can be downloaded and filled out by school heads or data entry operators. The collected data will later be verified at multiple administrative levels before final submission.
