Punjab Public Service Commission has recently recruited hundred of fresh lecturers of all subjects to fill the vacant posts of lecturers in all public sector colleges but there are lot of vacant posts still remaining to fill. Now Higher Education Department Punjab has decided to hire 3650 College Teaching Interns (CTIs) out of 2000 approved seats(inclusive of 5% minority and 3% disabled quota) for a period of 5 months or till the arrival of new incumbents

Interested male and female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria which is mentioned below are encouraged to apply. Applications will be submitted from 23rd December to 26th December 2023. There is no age limit and the candidates who have a minimum master’s are eligible for CTI jobs 2023.

The latest CTI jobs 2022 advertisement was published on 15th December 2022 in the Nawai-e-Watq newspaper. This advertisement is also available on the higher education department Punjab official’s website https://hed.punjab.gov.pk/. (1)Eligibility Criteria & Terms and Conditions For CTI Jobs 2023

• Gender(جنس): Male/Female
• Domicile(ڈومیسائل): Only Punjab
• Qualification(تعلیمی قابلیت): For BS Colleges
  • M.S/M.Phil/Ph.D (If the MS/M.Phil & Ph.D. candidates are not available then M.A/M.Sc may be considered)
• Qualification(تعلیمی قابلیت): For all other colleges including community colleges:
  • Master’s Degree at least 2nd division in the relevant subject.
• Age Limit(عمر کی حد): No age limit. 
• Monthly Stipend.(ماہانہ تںخواہ): 45,000
• Period Of Placement(دورانیہ): Only 5 months
• Leave(رخصت اتفاقیہ): Two casual leaves are allowed in a month
• Transfer(ٹرانسفر): The placement shall be subject and college-specific
• Joining Period(جوائینگ پریڈ): The selected candidates will join their duties within 7 days after the issuance of the offer of placement otherwise offer will be withdrawn.  
• No Right Of Regular Placement: The candidates don’t have the right of regularization in any circumstances.

(3)Selection Procedure For CTI Jobs 2023

• Application Submission

The interested candidates may submit the handwritten application in their concerned college with all necessary documents such as all academic and professional(if any) attested documents with an updated CV, 2 passport-size photographs, and a CNIC copy from 23.12.2022 to 26.12.2022.

• Tentative Merit List

The tentative merit list will be displayed on the concerned college notice board on 31-12-2022

• Complaints Regarding Merit List

Complaints regarding the merit list will be submitted to the concerned Deputy Director Colleges from  02-01-2023 to 03-01-2023.

• Complaints Regarding Merit List

Complaints regarding the merit list will be submitted to the concerned Deputy Director Colleges from  02-01-2023 to 03-01-2023 and a pre-final list will be placed on the notice board of the concerned college on 05-01-2022

• Date of Interview

The interview of all applicants will be held at the concerned college from 06-01-2023 to 09-01-2023 and the list of successful candidates will be placed on the notice board of the concerned college on 10-01-2023.

• Final Merit List

The final merit list of the successful applicant will be displayed on the concerned college notice board on 17-01-2023.
