The Higher Education Department Punjab has announced 8084 College Teachers Interns CTI Jobs 2025 to fill the teaching vacancies in colleges across the province. These vacant vacancies will be hired for the current academic session 2025-26 with effect from 01-10-2025 to 30-04-2026 for the period of 7 months for intermediate level. For BS level the CTIs will be hired for the period of 10 months w.e.f 01-10-2025 to 31-07-2026 or till the arrival of regular incumbent. This initiative aims to overcome the shortage of teaching staff and provide fresh qualified, energetic and dynamic individuals with an opportunity to gain teaching experience.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
For BS Colleges:
MS/M.Phil/Ph.D. in the relevant subject
For All Other Colleges including Community Colleges:
Master’s Degree or BS (4 Years Program) with at least 2nd Division in the relevant subject
Marks Distribution Criteria:
The selection will be merit-based, following the formula below:
Marks for Educational Qualification: 87
Marks for Qualification above Master’s Degree: 05
Marks for Position Holders in Board/University: 05
Interview Marks: 03
Candidates must also give a satisfactory presentation on the subject during the interview.
Stipend for CTI Jobs 2025
Selected CTIs will be paid a monthly stipend:
Intermediate Level: Rs. 50,000/-
Graduate/BS Level: Rs. 50,000/-
The stipend will be disbursed through bank cheques or accounts of selected candidates.
Duration of CTI Internship 2025
The CTI Jobs 2025 internship period will be:
Seven (07) months for Intermediate level (01-10-2025 to 30-04-2026)
Ten (10) months for BS/Graduate level (01-10-2025 to 31-07-2026)
In case of vacancy or unwillingness of any selected CTI, the next-in-merit candidate will be offered the position.
Age Limit
There is no age limit for applying to CTI Jobs 2025.
Leave Policy
Each CTI is allowed two casual leaves per month.

Head of Relevant Subject Department (Member)
Vice Principal/Senior Most Teacher (Secretary)
In case the posts of Principal/Vice Principal are vacant, the Director (Colleges) will nominate the selection committee.
Important Terms & Conditions of CTI Jobs 2025
Purely Temporary – The placement is not a permanent government job.
No Right of Regular Placement – The CTI internship will not lead to permanent employment.
Experience Certificate – Issued to CTIs after successful completion of the internship.
No TA/DA – Candidates will not receive any travel or daily allowance.
Union Restrictions – CTIs cannot form unions or associations.
Placement Through Fake Documents – If found guilty, the placement will be canceled, and the candidate will have to refund the stipend.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
A committee will be established in each division under DPI (Colleges) to address complaints. Candidates can submit objections regarding the merit list between 02-10-2025 to 04-10-2025.

#Step 1: Visit the official website https://cti-hep.punjab.gov.pk/. When you click this link, the following page will appear. Click on “Login/Register”
#Step 2: When you click on “Login/Register,” the login page will open. If you are already registered on the portal, enter your CNIC, Password, and the Captcha code in the respective fields, then click Sign In. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” to reset and create a new one. For first-time users, click on “Register Here,” located at the top right corner of the page, to complete the registration process.
#Step 3: “When you click on ‘Register Here,’ the registration page will appear. Please fill in the required fields by entering your full name, CNIC or B-Form, contact number, and email address. Create a secure password (e.g., CTI@1234) and re-enter it in the ‘Confirm Password’ field. Finally, enter the Captcha code in the designated box and click on ‘Register Here’ to complete your registration.” An “OPT” will be sent to your given email to verify your email. Check your inbox and enter the OPT to complete the registration process.
#Step 4:When you successfully complete the #Step 3 process. Now “Login” with your CNIC and password. The Following page will appear. You will have to complete this page with relevant information such as follows

#Step 5: “By clicking the ‘Next’ button, you will be directed to the ‘Contact Information’ page. Please fill in all the required fields with accurate and relevant details.” and click on save and next
#Step 6: “Upon clicking the ‘Save and Next’ button, you will be directed to the ‘Education Details’ page. Enter your academic qualifications from Matriculation up to your most recent degree or certificate, and upload the relevant documents such as Mark Sheet, Transcript, Certificate, or Degree.”
Note: “You can easily reduce the size of your documents to 200 KB by visiting the website doit.pk. The process is simple: click on ‘Choose File,’ select ‘KB,’ enter 200 as the desired file size, and then click on ‘Resize Image.’ Within a few seconds, the file will be resized. After that, download the file and upload it to your profile.”
#Step 7: “While completing your profile, you can also check the available seats relevant to your subject by clicking on the ‘Available Position’ option on the same page. Simply select your Subject, then your District, followed by your College, and the complete data will be displayed on your screen.“You may also choose only your subject and district, after which the names of colleges with available seats will be displayed on the screen.”
Note:
You cannot select more than 5 colleges as your preferences.
You can only choose colleges from two districts of your choice (i.e. a total of 5 colleges).
