The School Education Department Punjab (Monitoring Wing) has officially announced the E-Transfer 2025 Round for teachers who are waiting for promotion and awaiting postings. The teachers who are interested in mutual transfers will also apply as per following schedule. This E-Transfer round aims to streamline teacher placements and ensure efficient utilization of human resources across the province.
E-Transfer 2025
As per the the notification issued on June 5th, 2025, the Competent Authority has approved the opening of an e-transfer round with the following schedule:

🧾 Important Guidelines
According to the the notification, the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAs) must ensure all promoted teachers are properly tagged on the SIS (School Information System) portal before the round begins.
The notification also reiterates specific policy clauses:

Para 7(viii): Promoted teachers failing to submit enough preferences (or any at all) will be auto-posted by the department via the SIS Portal.

Para 11-1(viii): Awaiting posting teachers not submitting sufficient preferences will also be posted automatically by the Appointing Authority or SED via SIS.
The department has directed all concerned authorities to widely disseminate this information among teachers, both officially and via social media platforms. Teachers are encouraged to:

Check List For Applicants
(1)Application (Hard Copy).
(2)Attested copy of CNIC.
(3)Attested copies of first appointment order & Joining Report.
(4)Attested copy of last posting order.
(5)Attested copy of disability certificate issued by the Assessment Board, if applicable.
(6)In case of disability of teacher or his/her spouse or 6 kid(s), attested copies of disability certificate issued by Assessment Board.
(7)In case of Widow, attested copy of computerized Nikah Nama and death certificate of husband issued by concerned Union Council.
(8)In case of Divorce/Khula’a, attested copy of 8 computerized Nikah Nama & Divorced Certificate issued by concerned Union Council.
(9)For Wedlock, attested copy of computerized Nikah Nama, CNIC, Domicile and current posting order of the spouse.
(10)For female teachers who have to shift residence (Inter- city/Tehsil/District), attested copies of computerized Nikah Nama, CNIC of husband, residential address supported by relevant documents (ownership/utility bills)
(11)In case of circumstantial single parent, the teacher shall 11 provide documentary evidence i.e. copy of visa, passport and affidavit of the teacher.
(12)In case of transfer on medical grounds, medical 12 certificate issued by the Medical Board of DHQ concerned.
