To overcome the shortage of teaching staff in public sector colleges, the higher education department Punjab has decided to hire College Teaching Interns(CITs) for a period of five months after the approval of CM Punjab. College Teaching Interns (CTJ) shall be purely temporary and stop-gap arrangements that can be terminated by the Selection Committee at any time due to unsatisfactory performance. A tentative merit list will be placed at the notice board of the concerned college on 29.11.2021 at 10.00 Am(morning)
(4)Complaints Regarding Merit List
Complaints regarding merit list will be submitted to the concerned Deputy Director (Colleges) w.e.f 30.11.2021 to 01.12.2021.
(5)Final Merit List
The final merit list shall be placed at the notice board of the concerned college on 03.12.2021 at 10.00 Am(morning)
(6)Interview
Interview of the selected candidates will be held at concerned college on 04.12.2021 to 06.12.2021. (Interview marks will be awarded on satisfactory
presentation by the candidate on the subject)
(7)List of successful candidates
List of successful candidates will be placed at the notice board of concerned college on 07.12.2021. Any complaint regarding CTIs jobs 2021 can be submitted to DPI Punjab(colleges) from 08.12.2021 to 11.12.2021
(8)Final Merit List
Final merit list will be placed at the notice board of concerned college on 14.12.2021 at 11.00 Am(morning).
(9)Joining
Keeping in view the Pandemic COVID-19 situation, the date of joining may be communicated to the selectees later. The Department of Higher Education reserves the right to suspend the appointment of CTIs if the situation of COVID-19 becomes critical.
