How To Generate SBA Papers 2022. Complete Detail Here

Punjab Education Commission(PEC) has already announced the schedule of School-Based Assessment SBA 2022 from nursery to class eight. The SBA 2022 will be conducted in all public schools from 9th May 2022 to 20th May 2022. It is mandatory for every school to conduct SBA 2022 as per schedule for the assessment of the students to promote the next classes.

It is also mandatory for every school to generate SBA papers from 25th April 2022 to 8th May 2022. Every school will generate papers through login into Item Bank System (IBS). But the question is how to generate SBA papers 2022? although it is not difficult to generate papers because last year this practice has already done by every school. I have tried my best to guide you through this short post with screenshots. If you follow every step, I assure you you will be able to generate all papers very easily. 

Step No: 1/ Open Link In Web Browser

Open this link to any web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera etc Link1: https://www.zone1.pecassessment.com/. Link2: https://www.zone2.pecassessment.com/.The following screen will appear. Sign in with your school EMIS code and password: pec123 to start your school session. If you successfully log in, must change the password of your school in the first priority. For this purpose go to the left menu bar, click on Profile and then Change Password.

Step No: 2/ School Dashboard

After the successful login into the school dashboard, the following screen will appear. On the left side of your screen, you will find the following menu bar.

• Profile
• Generate New Paper
• Generated Papers list
• Oral Grade-1 & 2 Papers
• Ethics Grade-3 to 8 Papers
• Nazra Islamiat & Quran Papers
• Download Report Cards
• Communications
• Logout

Step No: 3/ Generate New Paper

After the reading all above menu lists one by one, now go to the main task “Generate New Paper“. You can generate new paper for each subject from grade 3 to grade 8 by clicking Generate Paper. Look at the below screen as an example.

Step No: 4/ Select Grade And Subject

When you click the “Generate Paper” the following screen will appear. Select paper grade from the list(3 to 8)then select the paper subject. After selection grade and subject, you can add or give paper title for your reference like(Selection A Or Paper 1 Grade 3) and this reference will not be shown on your paper. At the end click on”Start Auto Paper Generation“

Step No: 5/ Start Auto Paper Generation.

After clicking on Start Auto Paper Generation, the subjective and objective parts of the paper will automatically be generated. You can download it by clicking on it, save it or print it by pressing command #Ctrl P. Follow the below screenshot. In this way, you can download all papers one by one from grade 3 to grade 8. 

Final Step/ View List Of Generated Papers.

You can view a list of all papers that you have already generated or newly generated. Go to the left side of the screen and click on “Generated Paper List.

How To Save SBA Papers 2022 As PDF In Mobile/Desktop

If you are using “Google Chrome” browser to generate SBA papers 2022 then it is very simple to save all SBA papers as PDF format on mobile screen or desktop. Follow the below method.

1. On the right side of the Google chrome browser, go to the top and click 3 dots.
2. When you click on the 3 dots a pop up screen will appear.
3. Click on Share
4. Then click on Print
5. Click On Save as PDF.

 ہر سکول نے اپنا پیپر خود تیار کرنا ہے۔ کیونکہ ہر پیپر پر یونیک بار کوڈ ہوگا۔ افسران بالا  اور دیگر ٹیمز پیپر ز کے دوران سکولز کے وزٹ کرکہ یہ باور کریں گے۔کہ ہر سکول اپنے پیپر خود تیار کرکہ کنڈکٹ کرا رہاہے۔

 .لاگ ان کرنے کے لیے سکول کا ای آئی ایم ایس کوڈ پاسورڈ پیک123 ہوگا

لاگ ان کر کہ  سب سے پہلا کام ٹیچرز نے پروفائل ایڈیٹ کرنی ہے۔  جس میں پاسورڈ  پہلی فرصت میں تبدیل کرنا لازم ہے۔اس کے بعد  ایکٹو فون نمبر، ایکٹو ای میل  ایڈریس  درج  کرنا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ سکول ایڈریس، سکول لیول، سکول    لڑکوں کا ہے یا لڑکیوں کا وغیرہ جیسی معلومات  درج کرنی ہیں

ٹیچرز  جیسے ہی   “جینریٹ پیپر ” بٹن  پر کلک کریں گے سسٹم دو چیزیں پوچھے گا۔ 1 :گریڈ۔  2: پیپر ۔ آپ نے متعلقہ کلاس سیلیکٹ کرنی ہے۔ اور متعلقہ مضمون  جس کا پیپر آپ تیار کرنا چاہ رہے ہیں۔

اس کے بعد آپ میڈیم سیلیکٹ کرسکتے ہیں۔ اردو/ انگلش  یا  دونوں۔ جیسے آپ سیلیکٹ کریں گے پیپر اسی طرح تیار ہوگا۔پرنٹنگ کا خرچ بچانے کے لیے آپ ایک صفحے پر دو کالم میں پیپر تیار کرستے ہیں۔ کالم  آپشن بھی موجو د ہوگی ۔

پیپر  حل  کرانے کے لیے   آن لائن  یہ آپش بھی موجود ہوگی کہ آپ  انشائیہ سوالوں کے  نیچے جگہ چھوڑ کر جواب پیپر کے اوپر ہی لکھوانا چاہتے ہیں یا ایکسٹرا شیٹ مہیا کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ اس مقصد کے لئے “سپیسنگ” 

جیسے ہی پیپر “جینٹریٹ ” ہوگا۔ اس کے ساتھ پیپر کی  “جوابی کاپی” بھی بنے گی۔ جس کو آپ نے  پیپر کے ساتھ ہی ڈاونلوڈ کرنہ محفوظ کر لینا ہے۔ تاکہ پیپر چیک کرتے ہوئے آسانی رہے۔

ایک پیپر کے آپ دس ورژن تک تیار کرسکتے ہیں۔ اس بات کا انحصار بچوں کی تعداد اور سیکشنز پر ہے۔

یہ پیپر  کسی بھی ڈیوائس موبائل/ٹیبلیٹ/کمپیوٹر  سے کہیں بھی بیٹھ کر تیار کیے جاسکتے ہیں۔

مختلف کلاسز کا پیپر پیٹرن مختلف ہوگا۔

کچی، اول اور دوم کلاس کے پیپر زبانی ہونگے۔
ٹیچر زبانی سوال پوچھے گا/گی اور بچے زبانی جواب دینگے۔

کچی، اول اور دوم کے پیپرز ہر مضمون کے  پانچ (5) سیکشنز  پر مشتمل ہوگا۔
ہر سیکشن میں پانچ (5) سوال ہونگے۔ہر سوال کےچار ( 4)  نمبر ہونگے۔ اس طرح   ہر پیپر  100 نمبر کا ہوگا۔
5 sections * 5 Questions * 4 marks each Question= 100 Marks

کلاس سوئم، چہارم اور پنجم کے پیپر د معروضی اور انشائیہ حصوں پر مشتمل ہونگے۔

کلاس سوئم، چہارم اور پنجم  کے ہر مضمون میں پچیس معروضی سوالات ہونگے۔  ایک  معروضی سوال کے دو نمبر ہونگے۔ اس طرح معروضی حصہ ٹوٹل پچاس (50) نمبروں کا ہوگا۔
Objective=25 MCQs *2=50 Marks

کلاس سوئم، چہارم اور پنجم کے ہر  انشائیہ پیپر میں  پانچ (5)   سوالات ہونگے۔ہر سوال کے دس نمبر ہونگے۔ ان سوالوں کی  مزید جزو   بھی  ہوسکتی ہیں۔
Subjective= 5 Questions*10= 50 Marks

پرائمری کلاسز میں اسلامیات کے دو پیپر ہونگے۔ جس میں اسلامیات کا پیپر  سو (100) نمبر ز کا ہوگا۔ جبکہ تدریس القرآن کا الگ سے 50 نمبر کا پیپر ہوگا۔

ڈیٹ شیٹ بناتے وقت تدریس القران کو  الگ سے پرچے  کا درجہ دے کر دن  مقرر کرنا ہے
 معروضی حصہ   بتیس (32) سوالوں  پر مشتمل ہوگا۔ ہر معروضی سوال کے 1.5 نمبر ہونگے۔
Objective=32 mcqs * 1.5= 48 Marks

کلاس چھٹی، ستاتویں اور آٹھویں   کے ہر  انشائیہ پیپر میں  پانچ (5)   سوالات ہونگے ۔ ان سوالوں کی  مزید جزو   بھی  ہوسکتی ہیں۔

کلاس چھٹی، ستاتویں اور آٹھویں    کلاسز میں  بھی اسلامیات کے دو پیپر ہونگے۔
1st  Paper Islamiat = 30 objective+30 subjective+40 Nazra
2nd paper Tarjama-tul-Quran=15 Objective + 35 Subjective

آن لائن پرائمری  کلاسز کے تمام مضامین  کے پیپر آن لائن تیار ہونگے۔

کلاس چھٹی، ستاتویں اور آٹھویں    کے آٹھ مضامین  (اردو، انگلش، ریاضی، سائنس، معاشرتی علوم، ترجمتہ القرآن +اسلامیات اور کمپیوٹر سائنس)۔
ان کے علاوہ مضامین جیسے اطلاقی برقیات، زراعت، ڈرائنگ، عربی اور ہوم اکنامکس وغیرہ  کے پرچہ جات  متعلقہ مضمون کا ٹیچر خود تیار کرے گا
