Eligibility Criteria Junior Commissioned Officer jobs 2025

1. Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb)

• Nationality: Pakistani, male, and practicing Muslim.

• Qualification:

  • Dars-e-Nizami from a registered Madrassa and should be attested from HEC

  • Minimum FA/F.Sc or equivalent

• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (as of 24 November 2025).

• Height: Minimum 5’3” (160 cm).

• Additional Preference: Strong command over Arabic and Islamic Studies.

2. Sipahi (General Duty)

• • Qualification: Matric or higher

  • Note: (Baluchistan/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa merged districts and the children of martyrs the minimum qualification is middle except military police)

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years as on 24 November 2025

• Height: Minimum 5’6” (167.5 cm).

3. Sipahi Clerk

• Qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or higher. Must be computer literate.

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years as on 24 November 2025

• Height: Minimum 5’3” (160 cm).

4. Sipahi Cook

• Qualification: Middle (8th class).

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years as on 24 November 2025

• Height: Minimum 5’3” (160 cm).

5. Sipahi Military Police

• Qualification: Matric.

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years as on 24 November 2025

• Height: Minimum 5’8” (173 cm).

6. Sipahi Driver

• Qualification: Matric.

• Must possess a driving license.

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years as on 24 November 2025

• Height: 5’6” (167.5 cm).

7. Sipahi Technical Trade

• Qualification: Matric in Science. Preference will be given to higher qualification

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 yearsas on 24 November 2025

• Height: 5’6” (167.5 cm).

8. Sanitary Worker

• Qualification: Literate.

• Age Limit: 17.5 to 35 years.

• Preference: Prior work experience in relevant field.

Selection Procedure

• Online Registration:
  Visit www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk to register between August 25, 2025 to November,16 2025.

• In-Person Application for Naib Khateeb:
  Visit the nearest Army Selection & Recruitment Center (AS&RC) from 25 August to 16th November 2025 with complete documents for obtaining application form

• Written Test, Physical Test, Interview:
  Candidates will undergo a series of physical, medical, and written tests at designated centers.

• For Candidates with Graduation or Driving License: Age relaxation in upper age limit will be given

• Naib Khateeb: Minimum height – 5’3” (160 cm)

• Sipahi (General Duty): Minimum height – 5’6” (167.5 cm)

• Clerk/Cook: Minimum height – 5’3” (160 cm)

Educational Qualifications:

• Naib Khateeb:

  • Minimum qualification is Dars-e-Nizami from a registered Madrassa.

  • Matriculation from a recognized board.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with higher religious education or command in Arabic and Islamic Studies.

• Sipahi (General Duty):

  • Minimum Matriculation (10th Grade).

• Clerk:

  • Intermediate or above.

  • Computer knowledge required.

• Cook:

  • Middle pass (8th Grade).

• Sweeper (Sanitary Worker):

  • Literate (Basic education).

  • Preference for experienced candidates.

• Sipahi (Technical):

  • Matriculation in Science.

• Military Police:

  • Minimum Matriculation (10th Grade).
