Hajj is a sacred religious duty that is performed every year on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah in Makkah. Every Muslim has a heartfelt desire to perform this religious duty. The kingdom of Saudi Arabia requires supervisory, field/supporting staff, medical/pharmacists, and paramedics which is called Moavineen Hujjaj 2024 from all over the Muslim world, including Pakistan.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony of Pakistan has invited applications from government employees who are working in BPS-07 to BPS-18 in any government institutions for Moavineen Hujjaj 2024. These Moavineen Hujjaj will perform different tasks, such as accommodating the Hujjaj, helping them with transport and food etc. The NTS will collect the applications from the intending candidates from across the county by February 14, 2024.
A specific quota is allocated for all provinces and regions, and selection of the candidates will be made through these allocated quotas. 30% of the seats of the selected Muavineen-e-Hujjaj 2024 will be taken from police, Rescue 1122, ANF & ASF personnel. - Total Positions: 60 (Fresh/Repeaters)
- Gender: Male/Female
- BPS: He/She should be a regular government officer working in BPS 17 and BPS-18
- Age Limit: 25-45 Years (Fresh) 25-50 Years (Repeaters) on May 31, 2024.
- Quota: Punjab+ICT 54% Sindh 21% KP+Ex-FATA 15% Bulochistan 7% AJK 2% GB 1%
Eligibility Criteria Moavineen Hujjaj 2024 (Field Supporting Staff)
- Job Title: Field Supporting Staff
- Total Positions: 565 (Fresh/Repeaters)
- Gender: Male/Female
- BPS: He/She should be a regular government officer working in BPS 07 to BSP-16 and having minimum matric qualification
- Age Limit: 25-45 Years (Fresh) 25-50 Years(Repeaters) on 31 May 2024
- Quota: Punjab+ICT 54% Sindh 21% KP+Ex-FATA 15% Baluchistan 7% AJK 2% GB 1%
Written and Physical Tests
The applicants will be assessed through NTS written and physical/endurance tests. A physical or endurance test will be held for shortlisted candidates only. The test will comprise of 5 km running / jogging for police, Rescue 1122, ANF & ASF personnel, and 5 km of jogging or brisk walking for others.
Who is eligible to apply?
All regular government officers / officials who are working in BPS 07 to 18 from the Federal Government, Provincial Governments, Governments of AJ&K and GB, Federal Police Departments, Provincial Police Departments, AJ&K and GB Police Departments, Rescue 1122, etc. are eligible to apply. Individuals who have already performed hajj duties as moavineen four (4) times or less are also eligible to apply. However, these official/officers will provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) well in time
Who is not eligible to apply?
The Individuals who have already performed hajj duties as moavineen more than four (4) times are not eligible to apply. Disabled/handicapped government employees are also not eligible

دلچسپی رکھنے والے تمام سرکاری ملازمین 14 فروری 2024 تک این ٹی ایس کے ذریعے اپنی درخواستیں جمع کروا سکتے ہیں۔
وہ تمام ملازمین جو پہلی دفعہ اپلائی کرنا چاہتے ہیں ان کی کم از کم عمر 25 سال اور زیادہ سے زیادہ 45 سال 31 مئی 2024 تک ہونی چاہیے۔جو ملازمین پہلے معاونین حجاج کے فرائض سر انجام دے چکے ہیں انکی عمر 25 سے 50 سال ہونی چاہیے۔تاہم تمام ملازمین کو اپنے محکمے کی طرف سے این او سی جمع کروانا ہو گا۔
معذور افراد، کنٹریکٹ ملازمین اور جو چار مرتبہ معاونین حجاج کے فرائض سر انجام دے چکے ہیں وہ اپلائی کرنے کے اہل نہیں ہیں۔
