📝 Selection Process – How Candidates Are Selected

The selection process for PAF Jobs 2026 is transparent and merit-based.

1️⃣ Online Registration

Candidates must register at www.joinpaf.gov.pk.

2️⃣ Intelligence Test

Conducted through e-testing in:

• Verbal Intelligence

• Non-Verbal Intelligence

3️⃣ Academic Test

Relevant subjects depending on the branch (Physics, Maths, English, etc.)

4️⃣ Initial Medical Examination

Conducted at I&S Centers.

5️⃣ Physical Test (for applicable branches)

• Running (1 mile in 8 minutes)

• Push-ups

• Sit-ups

• Chin-ups

6️⃣ ISSB Test

Shortlisted candidates appear before ISSB for psychological and leadership assessment.

7️⃣ Final Medical Examination

At CMB Lahore.

8️⃣ Final Selection

Based on merit and Air Headquarters approval.

❌ Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates will be rejected if they:

• Have been twice rejected by ISSB

• Have been dismissed from government services

• Provide incomplete or false information

• Have criminal record
