Selection Process
- Registration: (8th October 2023 to 22nd October 2023)
- E-Testing: From February 15, 2024 written examination will start on computer for all registered candidates from the matric science (English Maths Physics Chemistry General Information and Intelligence) Candidates have to self-determine the date time and venue for the final examination during registration. All candidates should bring all supporting documents, such as CNIC/B-Form/Matric Certificate/Domicile/Registration slip and 2 latest passport-size pictures.
- Personality Test: After the preliminary examination, shortlisted candidates will be informed about the results through the website. After being shortlisted, the candidate will approach the recruitment office for further examinations. Only shortlisted candidates will go through a PET, medical, interview, and personality test. .
- Physical Test (PET): (Running/Push Ups)
- Interview and Medical Examination: The interview and physical test of the successful candidates from the PET will be conducted in March /April 2024
- Final Selection: Initial recruitment will be temporary. A medical examination of the temporarily recruited sailors will be done at the training center after joining. Only fully qualified sailors will be considered eligible for employment.
- Training: The training of the selected candidates’ will be held in August 2024
