Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has opened hundreds of new vacancies of different categories for Pakistan Nationals on regional/provincial and local quota basis across the country. These PMD Jobs 2023 are published today in Express newspaper. These interested Pakistanis Nationals with the requisite qualification and who meet the other eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply.
The PMD, which comes under the Ministry of Pakistan Aviation issues various types of weather forecasts and warnings, including daily weather reports, seasonal outlooks, flood advisories, and cyclone warnings weather with the help of various instruments and technologies such as radars and satellites. This department was established in 1947, shortly after the partition of the sub-continent.
