Application are invited for the promotion of school teachers
Promotion of school teachers typically depends on seniority, experience, policies and guidelines of the educational institution or school district where they are employed. Besides this, if a teacher engages in professional development and activities such as attending workshops, conferences or pursuing advanced degrees or certifications may be promoted to the next scale.
District Education Officer (W-EE) has issued a letter to DEO(SE) and all the Dy.DEOs (W-EE) in district Gujranwala regarding the promotion of PSTs to ESTs all cadres including Arts, Science, and Arabic (female) on 27th May 2023.
All PSTs (female) having qualifications of M.A, B.Sc (Math A,B and Physics / Zoology, Botony or Chemistry) & M.A(Arabic)/ (B.A+ Shahadat Ul Aalmia) with B.Ed/M.Ed/M.A Education at least 2nd Division are requested to submit the application for their promotion as EST along with the following documents.
- CNIC Copy.
- Application (Name with Father’s Name, Signature and Cell Number).
- Synopsis.
- Last three-year result.
- No inquiry, no demand, no punishment certificate.
- Qualification (M.A & B.Sc (Math A,B and Physics / Zoology, Botony or Chemistry) &M.A(Arabic)/ (B.A + Shahadat Ul Aalmia) with B.Ed/M.Ed/M.A Education at least 2nd Division) and domicile.
- Verification of Degrees.
- Date of entry into Govt. Service. (First Joining + Joining)
- Order of regular grade of PST
- In case of transfer /inter-district transfer (order and joining)
- ACRS Last Five Years (Pink Colour)
- Copy of service book.
The file should be submitted according to the above-mentioned check list.
Note: The application (Arts teachers (Female) apply up to 31.12.2003 (Regular Date 19.10.2009), Science teachers (Female) apply up to Regular date 31.12.2019 and Regular Female Arabic Teachers must be reached in the office of the undersigned up to 04.06.2023.
The head of the institution must attest all the documents and copies of the service book. Only Complete File Submitted According to Check List. Incomplete File insert in Deferred.
