A letter is issued on by the DPI (S.E) Punjab to all the Chief Executive Officers (DEA), all the District Education Officer (SE), all the District Education Officer (M-EE) and all the District Education Officer (W-EE) in Punjab in connection with “Second Round Of Promotion of Teaching Staff from PST to EST, EST To SST and Non-Teaching Staff from Class IV to Junior Clerk under 20% In-Service quota, Junior Clerk to Senior Clerk and Senior Clerk to Assistan”.
Since there are thousands of unfilled promotion quota posts in the School Education Department, the Competent Authority has taken significant notice of the need to fill them.
It is asked that a working paper be made for the second round of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) for all of these categories for promotion to the next scale, that is from PST to EST, from EST to SST, and from Class-IV to Junior Clerk under the 20% in-service quota, from Junior Clerk to Senior Clerk, and from Senior Clerk to Assistant.
Please furnish the latest vacancy position related to promotion quota of the said categories on the prescribed proforma upto 20.05.2023 positively for onward submission to the Government as desired.
