Primary School Teachers PSTs Training EaSTE Schedule
All primary public school teachers (PSTs) will acquire online training on Module-1(English For Subject For Teachers and Educators(EaSTE) on Learning Management Systems (LMS) with effect from 9th January 2023 to onwards to improve five English competencies listed in the Singal National Curriculum(2022).
To implement the plan for Module-l (EaSTE) with the collaboration of the British Council, QAED Punjab has issued the complete training schedule, list of Selected District Experts (DSEs) and financial guidelines to ensure the 100% completion of the (EaSTE) training program.
- DSEs Training: SIX days’ training of 120 District Subject Experts (DSES) who are English Experts working as SST/SS/SSS & Headmasters in Punjab w.e.f 5th December to 10th December at QAED Punjab Lahore.
- AEOs Training: FIVE day’s training of 3300 Assistant Education Officers (AEOs) trained by 120 DSEs in two batches will start from 12th December 2022 to 23 December 2022(2 batches) at District QAED in all 36 districts of Punjab.
- PSTs Training: Primary School Teachers(PSTs) from Lahore District will get online/TMS/LMS/Cop FIVE days training of “Piloting Of LMS Course” w.e.f 2nd January 2023 to 6th January 2023.
- PSTs Training: PSTs from all 36 districts of Punjab will get online training on LMS for Module-l with effect from 9th January 2023 to onwards.
Financial Guideline For 5 Days Training Of AEOs Under The EaSTE Project From 12th December To 23rd December 2022 in TWO batches.
(1)The expenditure will be incurred strictly in accordance with following financial guidelines/instructions as per funds enumerated object/head-wise in the enclosed financial plan and in case of any irregularity, the concerned QAED head will be held responsible:
(2)Entertainment will be provided @ Rs.500/- per participant per day.
(3)Remuneration for Master Trainers (MTs) @ Rs. 4,000/- per MT per day.
(4)Stationary @ Rs.200/- per trainee (Photocopy of Material and Stationery) for the whole training.
(5)Others @ Rs.1000/- per class per day for whole training.
(6)District QAED head will ensure that under no circumstances budget allocated for one object is used for another object.
(7)The Expenditure may be materialized subject to codal and procedural formalities to be filed by QAED Heads as well as by following PPRA, FBR and PRA Rules.
(8) Original attendance sheets of participants and MTs containing the detail of their status/designation, department/office and CNIC No. will be furnished along with vouched accounts.
(9)Attested copies of the pages of Stock Registers showing receipts and disbursement of stock items shall be required along with vouched accounts.
(10)The expenditure should be incurred as per actual number of participants based on attendance strictly in accordance with rules/policy.
(11)A consolidated summary of the expenditure to be incurred on training object/head wise should be attached with original vouched accounts.
(12)Each document of payment (acquaintance rolls, miscellaneous copy of stock register showing receipts & disbursement and refreshment bills, photocopies etc.) must be signed and stamped by the concerned District QAED head and Education Officer (EOS).
(13)Checklist for Vouched Accounts duly signed and stamped be attached.
NOTE: The concerned Regional Programme Managers will actively monitor the training and ensure that all necessary arrangements including the expenditure are made in accordance with financial guidelines/ rules/policy by adhering to the prescribed time frame.
