1,Subject:TRANSPORTATION OF FREE TEXTBOOKS TO VARIOUS TEHSIL WAREHOUSES ACROSS THE PUNJAB FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2020-21
2.School Education Department has communicated PMIU PESRP to start the transportation activity of free textbooks from Central Warehouse, Lahore to various Tehsil Warehouses across the Punjab from 1st week of May 2020 and ensure the complete delivery of free textbooks to Tehsil Warehouses across the Punjab till 2nd week of May 2020.
3. In view of the above, you are required to further direct the Focal Person/Incharge Tehsil Warehouses of your district to make necessary arrangements for receipt and unloading of free textbooks from 1st week of May 2020 so that transportation activity of free textbooks from Central Warehouse, Lahore to Tehsil Warehouses may be completed before 2ud week of May 2020.
4.All SOPs in context of pandemic COVID-19 must be followed.
