(2)Candidates are advised to fill in the entire application form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of the district of domicile, educational qualification experience, date of birth, gender, religion and nature of disability

(3)In order to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates for the applied post(s), attested copies of documents especially educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, driving license, experience certificate, disability and minority certificates must be attached with the application form

(4)A separate application form will be used for applying more than one post 5 Post, Sector Highway/Motorway/Women Minority/Disable Quota and district of Domicile must be clearly mentioned in the application form.
