Finance Minister Ishaq Dar is currently presenting Federal Budget 2023-24 in National Assembly for the next fiscal year. The big news is that salaries of government employees have increased to 35% from grade 1 to grade 16 while grades 17 and above will receive a 30 percent salary raise as an ad-hoc allowance. This increase will be implemented from July 1, 2023. The minister said, “The country is suffering from a financial crisis at that moment, but still we feel the difficulties of government employees. so our government decided to increase the pay and pension of the government and retired employees.
On the other hand, government employees are demanding 100% increase in the pay and pension due to the high inflation in the country. They are protesting in Islamabad right now. They believe that the purchasing power of the people, especially the salaried person has been greatly affected. Government must understand our financial problems.
وفاقی بجٹ 2023-24
وفاقی وزیر خزانہ اسحاق ڈار نے وفاقی کابینہ کی منظوری کے بعد بجٹ 2023-24 قومی اسمبلی میں پیش کر دیا ہے۔
سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں اور پینش میں اضافہ کر دیا گیا۔
گریڈ 1 سے لے کر گریڈ 16 تک کے وفاقی سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں 35 فیصد اور گریڈ 17 سے گریڈ 22 تک کے ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں 30 فیصد ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس کے طور پر اٖضافہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔
ریٹارئرڈ ملازمین کی پینش میں 5۔17 فیصد اضافہ کر دیا گیا۔
کم از کم پینشن 10 ہزار سے بڑھا کر 12 ہزار کر دی گئی ہے
میڈیکل اور کنوئنس الاؤنس میں اضافہ نہیں کیا گیا۔
یہ اضافہ یکم جولائی 2023 سے نافذالعمل ہو گا۔
اپنی سیلری میں اضافہ معلوم کرنے کے لیے گریڈ 1 سے 16 کے ملازمین 0.35 کو اپنی موجودہ بیسک پے سے ضرب دیں اور 17 سے 22 کے ملازمین 0.3 کو موجودہ بنیادی تنخواہ سے ضرب دیں جو جواب آئے گا وہ ہونے والا اضافہ ہو گا
