PU MA Registration Schedule 2023 And Associate Degree

PU MA Registration Schedule 2023 has been announced for private candidates who want to appear in MA/MSc Part-1 annual exams 2023. The Higher Education Commission Of Pakistan had banned admission in MA/MSc in all universities and colleges in Pakistan w.e.f 30 June 2022. No university or college including Punjab University can offer admission in master’s degree programs since that. All students particularly private students who want to take admission in MA/MSc as private candidates were distraught by the HEC decision.

A few days ago, PU issued a letter to all principals of affiliate colleges in Punjab to change the scheme of studies from the annual system to the semester system for associates degree in arts, science, and commerce with effect from fall 2022 for regular candidates. But after the meeting with the Academic Council held on 24th November 2022, PU has decided to defer the changes in the scheme of studies from the annual system to the semester system. All the affiliated colleges are allowed to offer associate admission in arts, science, and commerce as per the previous policy i.e annual system 2021.

After the approval of HEC, the Academic Council also recommended that the registration and admission in MA/MSc programs for private candidates would also be continued as per previous practice so PU has issued MA/MSc registration schedule 2023 for private candidates who want to appear in MA/MSc Part-1 annual exams 2023. This is a great decision taken by the PU and it will help the students to get higher education.

The private candidates can appear as per following schedule in MA Urdu, MA English, MA Islamiyat, MA Punjabi, MA Political Science, MA History, MSc Math, MA Arabic, MA Philosophy, MA Persian, MSc Economics, MSc French, and Kashmiriyat Part-l as a private candidate in the annual exams 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

For the Registration of M.A/M.Sc Annual 2023, it is mandatory for the candidate to pass B.A/B.Sc or equivalent in Supplementary Examination 2022 or before.

How To Apply ONLINE For Registration

(1) The online registration process starts on 1st December 2022 and will continue till 31st 2023 with a single fee. The online registration portal will Open on 1st December 2022. All willing private candidates will visit this link http://registration.pu.edu.pk/ to fill out the Online Registration Form.

(2) All the candidates are requested to read the instructions on the website carefully while completing the Online Registration Form. Possible queries have been addressed in the instructions.

(3)If on any stage you have ceased to fill your Online Registration Form and you want to resume to complete, click Edit Registration and enter your CNIC Number and your form will appear from the same stage/step. (Entering the correct CNIC Number is compulsory

ایسے طلباء جو پنجاب یونیورسٹی سے ایم اے/ایم ایس سی میں بطور پرائیویٹ امیدوار داخلہ لینا چاہیتے ہیں پنجاب یونیورسٹی نے ان کے لیے رجسٹریشن شیڈول جاری کر دیا ہے۔ 

یاد رہے کہ ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نے 30 جون 2022 سے تمام یونیورسٹیاں اور کالجز میں ایم اے /ایم ایس سی داخلوں پر پابندی عائد کر رکھی تھی۔اس لیے کوئی بھی طالب علم بطورریگولر/پرائیویٹ کسی بھی ماسٹر ڈگری پروگرام میں داخلہ نہیں لے سکتا تھا۔

ابتدائی طور پر ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن نے صرف پنجاب یونیورسٹی کو رجسٹریشن /داخلوں کی اجازت دی ہے۔امید ہے باقی یونیورسٹیز جن میں علامہ اقبال اوپن یونیورسٹی اور دیگر یونیورسٹیز شامل ہیں جلد ہی ایم اے /ایم ایس سی میں داخلے آفر کریں گی۔

ایسے امیدوار جو پنجاب یونیورسٹی میں پہلے سے رجسٹرڈ ہیں چاہیے وہ ریگولر ہیں یا پرائیویٹ ان کو دوبارہ سے رجسٹریشن فارم جمع کروانے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔

پنجاب یونیورسٹی کے علاوہ دیگر پبلک اور پرائیویٹ یونیورسیٹزسے امتحان پاس کرنے والے ایسے امیدوارجن کی ڈگری کو پنجاب یونیورسٹی نے گرایجوایشن کے مساوی قرار نہیں دیا وہ پنجاب یونیورسٹی ایڈمن بلاک کمرہ نمبر25ایکولینس برانچ سے مساویت کا سرٹیفیکیٹ لینے کے بعدرجسٹریشن کے اہل ہوں گے۔

ایسے امیدوار جنہوں نے پنجاب یونیورسٹی کے علاوہ کسی اور یونیورسٹی سے گرایجوایشن کی ہے وہ اپنی متعلقہ یونیورسٹی سے این او سی لے کر رجسٹریشن فارم کے ساتھ لگائیں۔

یہ صرف رجسٹریشن کا شیڈول ہے۔ داخلوں کا شیڈول بعد میں جاری کیا جائے گاجو کہ اپریل میں جبکہ امتحان اگست/ستمبر 2023 میں متوقع ہے۔

آن لائن رجسٹریشن فارم فل کرنے کے بعد امیدوار آٹو جنریٹ چالان فارم ڈونلوڈ کریں گے اور فیس جمع کروائیں گے ۔فیس جمع کروانے کے بعد اس کو اپنے فارم پر اپڈیٹ کریں گے اور فارم کو فائنل کریں گے ۔اس کے بعد مکمل فارم ڈونلوڈ کریں گے اور اسکا پرنٹ لے لیں گے۔ 

پرنٹ شدہ فارم کے ساتھ اصل چالان فارم ،میٹرک/انٹر/شناختی کارڈ یا بے فارم کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیا ں لف کریں گے۔اور اس کو بذریعہ ڈاک مندرجہ ذیل پتہ پر بھیج دیں گے۔

آپ سے درخواست ہے کہ کسی بھی غلطی سے بچنے کے لیے کسی ماہر کمپوٹر والے کی شاپ پر چلے جائیں تاکہ آپ کو بعد میں کوئی پریشانی کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے۔اگر آپ خود کر سکتے ہیں تو بڑے دھیان سے اس سارے پراسیس کو مکمل کریں۔

Punjab University has also issued Associate Degree (Arts/Science/Commerce) registration schedule for 2022 for private candidates who intend to appear in the annual exams 2023.
