8. Regional Director (Punjab) (BPS-20)

• Experience: 17 years’ professional/administrative experience in Grade 17 or above in a relevant field in a Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous Body of repute. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any distance/non-formal institution of which 04 years’ experience is in BPS-19 or equivalent.

• Experience: 12 years’ research/professional/administrative experience in Grade 17 or above in a relevant field in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body. Preference for distance/non-formal education experience, with 04 years mandatory experience in BPS-18 or equivalent.

10. Deputy Regional Director (BPS-18)

• Number of Posts: 02 (Punjab 1, Sindh 1)
• Qualification: 2nd Class Master’s Degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
• Age Limit: 35 + 5 years
• Experience: 05 years’ experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a relevant field in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body or university of repute.

11. Assistant Regional Director (BPS-17)

• Qualification: 2nd Class Master’s Degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

• Qualification: Second Class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Typing speed of 30 words per minute is required. After induction, a 6-week Basic IT Training Course, including MS Office, conducted by NITB or a similar institution is required.
