The government of Punjab, School Education Department is dedicated to ensuring that all children ages 3-5 years reach their potential in terms of cognitive, linguistic, socio-economic, and physical development and effectively transfer to primary school successfully.
The department has established more than 18000 dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) classrooms across Punjab so far. These classrooms are outfitted with attractive wall paint, interactive ECE kits, and age-appropriate furniture to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
It is important to note that classrooms have been staffed and that Head Teachers and Teachers have received training in the provincial ECE curriculum.
All divisional commissioners in Punjab, all deputy commissioners in Punjab, all DPOs in Punjab and DMOs in Punjab have been instructed to personally visit the primary schools within your jurisdiction as an ECE or primary class student/supervisor in the classrooms.
Attending class as a student or supervisor should be the main goal in order for kids or children to receive motivation, which will help with retention, boost enrolment, and enhance quality education.
The Competent Authority has again reiterated that there should be no fanfare or welcome reception. The primary goal is to increase societal support for the public school system.
حکومت پنجاب، محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن اس بات کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے پرعزم ہے کہ 3 سے 5 سال کی عمر کے تمام بچے اپنی علمی، لسانی، سماجی، معاشی اور جسمانی صلاحیتوں کو حاصل کریں اور کامیابی کے ساتھ پرائمری سکول میں داخل ہوں۔
محکمہ نے اسکولوں میں ابتدائی بچپن کی تعلیم (ای سی ای) کو متعارف کروانے کی بنیاد رکھی اور اب تک پنجاب بھر میں 18000 سے زیادہ ای سی ای کلاس رومز قائم کیے ہیں، جو کہ آرائشی دیوار پینٹ، انٹرایکٹو ای سی ای کیٹس اور عمر کے مطابق فرنیچر سے آراستہ ہیں۔تاکہ سیکھنے کا ایک سازگار ماحول پیدا ہو۔
یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ ہیڈ ٹیچرز اور اساتذہ کو صوبائی ای سی ای کے نصاب پر تربیت دی گئی ہے اور کلاس رومز میں بھی عملہ تعینات کیا گیا ہے۔
چیف سیکرٹری، پنجاب نے تمام متعلقہ آفسران کو ایک لیٹر جاری کیا ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ تمام آفیسرز ذاتی طور پر اپنے دائرہ اختیار میں آنے والے پرائمری سکولوں میں بطور پرائمری کلاس کے طالب علم/ کلاس رومز میں سپروائزر کے طور پر حاضر ہوں۔
اس وزٹ کا بنیادی مقصد ایک طالب علم/سپروائزر کے طور پر کلاس میں حاضر ہونا ہے، تاکہ طلباء/بچوں کو حوصلہ ملے اس سے طلبا کے داخلوں میں اضافے اور معیار تعلیم کو بہتر بنانے میں مددملے گی۔ مجاز اتھارٹی کی طرف سے اس بات پر مزید زور دیا گیا ہے کہ کسی بھی استقبالیہ / دھوم دھام سے گریز کیا جائے۔
