ECP Jobs 2026 – Senior Assistant & Sub Assistant Apply Online

The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced the latest ECP Jobs 2026 for Pakistani nationals on a regular basis. Applications are invited from qualified male and female candidates for the posts of Senior Assistant (BS-15) and Sub Assistant (BS-11). These ECP Jobs are open on different provincial quotas, including Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Open Merit.

Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan, so applicants should be willing to serve at any location assigned by the Election Commission of Pakistan. 1. Senior Assistant (BS-15)

• Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years), such as BA or equivalent, with at least Second Division.
• IT Qualification: Six (06) weeks basic IT training course, including MS Office, recognized by the Government.
• Additional Requirement: Candidate must be computer literate.
• Age Limit: 18–28 years as prescribed in the advertisement. With the applicable general age relaxation, the upper limit may extend to 33 years.

The Senior Assistant position is suitable for graduates who have basic computer knowledge and the required government-recognized IT training. Applicants should make sure that their IT certificate meets the requirements mentioned in the advertisement.

ECP Jobs 2026 Domicile and Quota

The Election Commission of Pakistan has allocated vacancies according to different quotas. Candidates should apply against the quota for which they are eligible.

For Senior Assistant (BS-15), the 10 vacancies include Open Merit, Punjab, female and non-Muslim minority quota, Sindh Rural and Sindh Urban seats.

For Sub Assistant (BS-11), the six vacancies include Open Merit, Punjab, Sindh Rural and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa quotas.

ECP Careers – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in ECP Careers should meet all the prescribed requirements.

For Senior Assistant, applicants need a bachelor’s degree and must be computer literate. A six-week basic IT training course, including MS Office, is mandatory.

For Sub Assistant, applicants must have Matriculation, a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute and a three-week basic IT training course, including MS Office, recognized by the Government.

Age Limit for ECP Jobs

The age requirements differ according to the position.

For Senior Assistant, the basic age range mentioned in the advertisement is 18 to 28 years. For Sub Assistant, the prescribed age range is 18 to 25 years.

The advertisement also states that five years’ general relaxation in the upper age limit is admissible under the applicable rules. Therefore, candidates should consider the relevant relaxation while checking their eligibility.

Go to the Election Commission of Pakistan’s official website or its Online Recruitment System at jobs.ecp.gov.pk. and click on the “Register” button at the top right side. If you already have an account, enter your CNIC and Password and open your profile.

Step 2: Update Your Profile

When you successfully log in, the following msg will appear if you want to update your profile, click on ” Update Profile” or skip it. If you skip this, you can update or edit your profile later.

Step 3: Complete the Online Application

After you update your profile, click on “View All Jobs“The following page will appear; click on your desired post that you want to apply.

Step 4: Complete Your Application

Now check the profile completion status, select the designated test center, review your qualifications, age limit, etc and submit the application

Step 5: Submit Before the Deadline

Submit your application online before 17 September 2026. Applications submitted after the closing date will not be entertained.
