Guideline For Inter District Transfer 2020:Directorate Of Public Instructions DPI (Elementary Education) Punjab has issued notification in connection with “Guideline Regarding Submission Of Inter District Transfer Cases To This Directorate Of All Categories”and issued follow direction to all the Chief Executive Officers District Education Authorities(DEAs) in Punjab
It has been observed that while forwarding/ submission of Inter-District Transfer to this Directorate important mature documents i. No inquiry No demand certificates, NOC, Service Certificate, recommendation of transfer etc are being forwarded without bearing No. and date of concerned office. This practice creates doubt about genuineness of documents
I am therefore directed to request you to ensure that while submission of inert district transfer case of (AEO.SSE/SSL SESE/ESTESEPST. Junior clerk and class TV employees) all such above said documents have been allotted No and Date of issuing authority’s office
In case of Non-compliance strict action will be taken against delinquent and such case will not be considered for transfer.
As you know that within district E transfer process has started from 10th June 2020 and the last date of submission online application is 16 June(today)2020.According to the timeline within district e-transfer process will continue till 17th July 2020.Hopefully after the completion of this process Inter-District process will be started. Inshallah.
