The finance department has introduced the New Simplified Procedure Of Pension and shared a short checklist for preparing pension papers for government employees. It will be very helpful and easy for all employees, including teachers to prepare their retirement and family pension case.
For the implementation of the finance department orders, the Directorate Of Public Instructions DPI (Secondary Wing) wrote a letter to all the District Education Officers (SE) and all the District Education Officers (SE) in Punjab on 28-03-2023 in connection with the “New Simplified Procedure Of Processing And Disbursement Of Pension Through Pension Roll”
Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department letter No. SO (Pension)Misc/2023 dated Lahore the 14th March 2023 and copy of letter No. U.O No. FD-SR-III-4-42/2023 dated 01-03-2023 from Section Officer (SR-III) Finance Department in which Govt. has intimated that at the present new simplified procedure of processing and disbursement of pension is being implemented/followed throughout Punjab without distinction of any Division/ District of Punjab.
All the SED officers are requested that it may be noted/followed forthwith and accordingly pension paper of officers may be submitted as per new simplified procedure of pension. No extra ordinary’ documents should be attached with pension cases and page marking also should be done.

محکمہ فنانس نے ایک نوٹیفیکیشن جاری کیا ہے جس میں سرکاری ملازمین کی پینشن پیپرز کی تیاری کے لیے انتہائی مختصر چیک لسٹ جاری کی ہے اساتذہ سمیت تمام ملازمین کو ریٹائرمنٹ پر اور فیملی پینشن کیس کی تیاری میں صرف محدود ڈاکومنٹس جمع کروانے ہوں گے۔ نیچے ایک چیک لسٹ اپلوڈ کی ہے تمام سرکاری ملازمین پینش پیپرز جمع کرواتے وقت اس چیک لسٹ کے مطابق تمام دستاویزات ساتھ لف کریں گے۔
