PPSC Has Announced Invigilation/ Supervisory Staff Jobs 2022

Supervisor, Deputy Supervisor/ Departmental Representative, Invigilator and Water Carrier invigilation/ Supervisory staff required through Punjab Public Service Commission.  Regular male and female employees of Punjab Government/ Federal Government/ Semi-Government Institutions/Autonomous Bodies (having equivalent scale) are eligible to apply. Interested candidates may read the following terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, how to apply for PPSC invigilation/supervisory staff etc.

(1)Eligibility Criteria For Supervisor

• Job Status: Supervisor
• Gender: Male/Female
• Domicile: Only Punjab
• Nature of Duty: To supervise examination/ test
  Basic Scale: BS-17 & above
• Place of Duty: Employee’s nominated District/ Region

Note: Regular employees of Punjab Government/ Federal Government/ Semi Government Institutions/Autonomous Bodies (having equivalent scale) can apply. 

(2)Eligibility Criteria For Deputy Supervisor/ Departmental Representative

• Job Status: Deputy Supervisor/Departmental Representative
• Gender: Male/Female
• Domicile: Only Punjab
• Nature of Duty: To perform table work/documentation for examination/test
  Basic Scale: The employees working in BPS-16 are eligible to apply
• Place of Duty: Employee’s nominated District/ Region

(3)Eligibility Criteria For Invigilators

• Job Status: Invigilators
• Gender: Male/Female
• Domicile: Only Punjab
• Nature of Duty: To invigilate examination/test
  Basic Scale: The employees working in BPS-05 to BPS-15 are eligible to apply for invigilator staff.
• Place of Duty: Employee’s nominated District/ Region

(4)Eligibility Criteria For Water Carrier

• Job Status: Water Carrier
• Gender: Male/Female
• Domicile: Only Punjab
• Nature of Duty: The candidates who will apply for Water Carrier will perform miscellaneous duty i.e arranging the seats, dusting of furniture, sealing of exam-related material, provision of water, etc.
  Basic Scale: The employees working in BPS-01 to BPS-04 are eligible to apply for Water Carrier invigilator staff.

Terms And Conditions For PPSC Invigilation Staff 2022

(1)Only trained and registered staff will be deputed for examination duty.

(2)A staff member once hired for a particular duty role for examination may also be
deputed to a lower duty role if required.

(3)In case of negligence towards duty or violation of instructions issued by the
Commission, a letter will be issued to the Parent Department about the misconduct of
its employee who will then not only be liable to disciplinary proceedings by the Parent
Department but Punjab Public Service Commission will also initiate criminal action
against him under the relevant laws.

How To Apply For PPSC Invigilation Staff 2022

(1) Interested candidates may visit the PPSC website www.ppsc.gop.pk

(4) Fill the complete registration form and submit the Hard Copy to the following address.

Important details

(1) Selected employees will be part of PPSC invigilation system and will be called for duty

(2) Examination/Test will preferably be held on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).

(3) There should be no criminal/departmental record against the employee/applicant.

(4) Preparation of the examination will be counted as a separate session.

(5) It is mandatory for invigilation staff to also come on preparation day otherwise
remuneration of that day will not be paid.

(6) Duration of each session may consist of 3 – 3 ½ hours.

(7) No T.A/DA will be paid as selected employees will be deputed at their preferred place of the region. Only remuneration will be paid.

(8) Remuneration for examination duty will be paid at the rate of Rs.1500/- per session for
Supervisor, Rs.1200/- per session for Deputy Supervisor, Rs.800/– per session for
Invigilator and Rs.500/- per session for Water Carrier (subject to tax).
