The students who have passed the Intermediate/Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent/Grade 12 Education will appear in the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) for the admission at the undergraduate level in universities all over Pakistan.
This HEC USAT Registration 2023 Schedule is published today(16th April 2023) in various newspapers and on the official HEC website. The Higher Education Commission Viz Education Testing Council (ETC) will conduct Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT).
The USAT is based on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) structure and covers all recognized engineering subjects. As undergraduate majors, medicine (Allied Health), IT, Management, and Social Sciences are available. Students who pass their USATs will be eligible for admission to all relevant universities, just like the SAT.
The USAT test will be conducted in the following six categories based on relevant academic streams, and students should register accordingly:

HEC USAT Registration 2023 Test Schedule
USAT Test will be held on 28th May 2023 throughout Pakistan’s major cities simultaneously on a quarterly basis. However, additional testing could be scheduled if necessary. The ETC website will host the annual test calendar. Through the online registration portal, candidates can register themselves.

- All interested candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent and want to continue their studies will visit http://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration.
- If the candidate needs any guidance while online registration, they must visit HEC regional offices or onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk
- The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) test fee is PKR 1,750/- per candidate.
- Candidates will deposit the fee amount in Habib Bank Limited Account no. 1742 7900 1334 01. Title of Account: Higher Education Commission.
