The Punjab Police Telecommunication Department is a very important wing of the Punjab Police responsible for ensuring seamless communication across the law enforcement network in the province. This department plays a crucial role in facilitating real-time communication between different police units, enhancing operational coordination, and ensuring the use of modern information and communication technologies in policing.

To strengthen its workforce, the telecommunication department has announced fresh recruitment for Constables, Lady Constables (Wireless Operators), Drivers, and Mechanics for 2025 across multiple districts of Punjab such as Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Wazirabad, Hafizabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Murree, Multan, Khanewal and Rahim Yar Khan,

Eligibility Criteria & Details

1. Constable/Lady Constable (Wireless Operator)

Education: F.Sc with at least 50% marks
Technical Qualification: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics
Age Limit: 18 to 22 years
Height:
- Male: Minimum 5’7”
- Female: Minimum 5’2”
Chest (For Males only): 33” x 34½”
Domicile: Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Wazirabad, Hafizabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Murree, Multan, Khanewal and Rahim Yar Khan,
Running Test:
- Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 10 minutes

2.Constable/Lady Constable (Driver)

Education: Matric
License: Valid LTV driving license with 2 years of driving license. All the candidates who will apply for driver constable post will undergo on driving test, mechanical test and high code test. e
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
Height:
- Male: Minimum 5’7”
- Female: Minimum 5’2”
Chest: 33” x 34½” only for male
Running Test: as above
Domicile: Punjab

3. Constable/Lady Constable (Mechanic)

Education: F.Sc /DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics with 50% marks
Age Limit: 18 to 22 years
Height: 5’7”(male) 5’2” (female)
Chest: 33” x 34½” (for only men)
Domicile: Punjab
Running Test:
- Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 10 minutes
