The annual Confidential Report (ACR) Or Performance Evaluation Report (PER) is the most crucial document for an officer’s assessment and the competence of the Reporting Officer and Countersigning Officer is measured through ACR/PER. School Education Department Punjab asks all teachers/Officers to complete their ACRs/PERs on Human Resource Management System (HRMS) by 31st December every year.
On 31st December 2022, 305,520 out of 3,64,326 teachers/officers across the province submitted their ACRs/PERs as per HRMS status. Still 58,806 teachers have not submitted their ACRs/PERs 2022 in the given stipulated time i.e 31-12-2022 Directorate of Public Instruction (EE) Punjab took notice of this and directed to all Chief Executive Officers in Punjab to ensure that all remaining 58, 806 teachers/officers must submit their e-PERs till 15th January 2023. No extension will be given after this. All concerned officers are also directed to convey this message to all teachers.
In case of non-submission of e-PERS in the extended time the teachers / officers will be responsible towards promotions. Please take immediate action and all remaining officers/teachers may be informed accordingly.

ابھی بھی 58،806 ٹیچرز/آفیسر ایسے ہیں جنہوں نے ابھی تک اپنی اے سی آر جمع نہیں کروائی۔
سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے انہیں ایک اور موقع دیا ہے کہ وہ 15 جنوری 2023 تک ابھی اے سی آر ،ایچ آر ایم ایس پر اپلوڈ کر دیں۔
یہ آخری چانس ہے 15 جنوری 2023 کے بعد باقی رہ جانے والے ٹیچرز/آفیسرز کو دوبارہ موقع نہیں ملے گا۔
اس لیے جتنی جلد ی ہو سکے اپنی اے سی آر کو آج ہی ایچ آر ایم ایس پر اپلائی کر لیں۔
اپلائی نہ کرنے کی صورت میں آپ پروموشن کے لیے خود ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
