Annual Confidential Report/Performance Evaluation Report is abbreviated as ACR/PER. The ACR/PER system evaluates employees’ performance and potential, identifies areas where training and development may be necessary, and assists with decisions regarding promotions and career advancement.
The ACR/PER report typically contains information about the employee’s attendance, punctuality, work quality, ability to collaborate with others, communication skills, initiative, and other relevant factors. The report is usually treated with confidentiality and is only used for internal purposes.
School Education Department Punjab collects the ACRs/PERs through the online website of SED-HRMIS i.e. www.sedhr.punjab.gov.pk on every year before 31st December from their employees to evaluate their performance. On 31st December 2022, 305,520 out of 3,64,326 teachers/officers submitted their ACRs/PERs 2022 as per HRMS status. SED allows 58,806 employees to submit their ACRs/PERs 2022 by 15th January 2023.
Still, 19,919 employees of the school education department Punjab have not submitted their ACRs/PERs 2022 till now and the department has to give another chance to those employees. Today SED notified and instructed remaining teachers to submit their ACRs/PERs before 20th April 2023.

ابھی بھی 19،919 ٹیچرز/آفیسر ایسے ہیں جنہوں نے ابھی تک اپنی اے سی آر جمع نہیں کروائی۔
سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے انہیں ایک اور موقع دیا ہے کہ وہ20 اپریل 2023 تک ااپنی اے سی آر ،ایچ آر ایم ایس پر اپلوڈ کر دیں۔
جو ٹیچرز پہلے ہی اپنی اے سی آر جمع کروا چکے ہیں ان کو پریشان ہونے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے وہ دوبارہ سے اپن اے سی آر جمع نہیں کروائیں گے۔
