PECTAA English Language Proficiency Training 2026 For Teachers-Complete Details

PECTAA English Language Proficiency Training 2026 For Teachers has officially been launched by the Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) for 35,000 government school teachers across Punjab.

The training program is being conducted under the Chief Minister’s Special Initiative for English Language Proficiency of Students and Teachers of Public Schools. According to the official notification issued by PECTAA on 10 June 2026, the program formally commenced on 12 June 2026 and is being delivered in collaboration with an internationally recognized language training institution.

According to the notification issued by PECTAA on this Wednesday, the English Language Proficiency Training Program (TNA-Based) will commence on 12 June 2026. In the first phase of the program, all the public school teachers will receive training of the following district.

  • Bahawalnagar
  • Bahawalpur
  • Chiniot
  • Dera Ghazi Khan
  • Faisalabad
  • Kot Addu
  • Lahore
  • Multan
  • Muzaffargarh
  • Rawalpindi
  • Sahiwal
  • Talagang

These districts have been included in Phase I of the training program. The training sessions will be conducted twice a week, and each session will last for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The remaining districts will be included gradually in Phase II and Phase III of the program.
