Submission of Promotion Case From BS-17 To BS-18 (m/f)

Directorate Of Public Instruction (SE) Punjab, Lahore has issued a notification dated August 11, 2022 in connection with “Submission of Promotion Case From BS-17 To BS-18 (Male and Female General Cadre)” and issued the following directions to all CEOs (DEAs) Punjab.

You are requested to please prepare the promotion cases of the officers of BS-17 relating to your District seniority No. 244 to 700 Male and seniority No. 251 to 700 Female along with deferred cases from seniority No. 01 to 243 male and seniority No. 01 to 250 female out of notified seniority list of BS-17 officers (Male & Female- General Cadre) corrected upto 31-12-2021 and submit to this Directorate immediately. The cases may be prepared in the following manners.

  1. Complete ACRS/PERs upto 2021.
  2. Complete Synopsis upto 2021.
  3. C.V, CNIC copy, 4 weak promotion-linked training certificates.
  4. Fresh No Enquiry, No Punishment, No Demand, No LPR, No Long leave, No EXPakistan Leave, No Study Leave, No Deputation, No Bogus ACR/signature etc certificate with dispatch number & date.
  5. The last three years’ results with board comparison (2019, 2020, 2021) according to PERs on the prescribed performa already been given.
  6. BS-16 order/joining report.
  7. BS-17 order / Joining report (Contract + Regular/promotion).
  8. Photocopies of all academic and professional degrees including M.A, MSC and B.ED/M.ED degrees duly attested by the DEO SE concerned.

You are requested to prepare each case carefully. In case of concealment of any kind of fact or submission of any wrong statement, the Officer/Official concerned will be held responsible and will be dealt under the existing Disciplinary Rules.

It is further added that if an officer is not available at his address, notified in the seniority list, his fresh posting address may be communicated to this Directorate with documentary proof.

NOTE. Each case must be prepared and submitted to this Directorate whether anyenquiry is pending against him/her or he/she was punished in the past. Non  availability of record/ACRs/PERs/ will be no excused and it will not be accepted at any cost.

2. The subject and Division of master’s Degree of the officer concerned should clearly be mentioned/pointed out in the synopsis.

3. At the time of preparation of working paper, the cases out of above will be considered as per availability of posts and issuance of this letter will not be claimed as a right for promotion.

4. A certificate is required from DEO (SE), concerned regarding genuine signature of the Reporting Officer/Countersigning Officers upon the ACRS/PERs. In case bogus signature the DEO (SE), concerned shall be held responsible.
