The Government of Punjab is trying its best to provide some relief to its employees particularly administrative staff in the current trend of high prices. Every edible thing is rocketing to the sky so it is a herculean task for employees to survive in this inflation period.
In the recent past, various measures were taken in this regard by the Government Of Punjab like the approval of a Rescue Risk Allowance equal to one initial basic pay per month w.e.f. 09.09.2022 to all Rescue Staff of Punjab Emergency Service Department and granted Inspection Allowance @ one-month initial basic pay to the officers of Inspectorate of Treasuries and Accounts w.e.f. 20.10.2022
Now, in order to help the school education department Punjab’s employees and improve their performance, the Directorate Of Public Instruction (DPI) has sent the following proposals to the secretary of the school education department regarding the enhancement of the charge allowance of administrative and teaching posts.

ابھی یہ صرف پروپوزل ہے۔یہ پروپوزل پہلے پنجاب کی کابینہ میں منظوری کے لیے جائے گی۔وہاں سے منظوری کے بعد چیف منسٹر آف پنجاب اس کو منظور کریں گے ۔جس کے بعد یہ فنانس ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں جائے گی
فنانس ڈیپارٹمنٹ میں حتمی منظوری کے بعد اس کا باقاعدہ نوٹیفیکیشن جاری کیا جائے گا ۔جس کے بعد یہ الائونس متعلقہ آفسران،ہیڈز اور ٹیچنگ سٹاف کو ملے گا۔
