E-Transfer 2023- Verification Of Documents Of Teachers

Today (2nd January 2023) is the last date to submit the online e-transfer 2023 applications as per schedule issued by the school education department Punjab on December 14, 2022. As you know that SED Punjab has given the chance to all teachers to adjust on promotion of different categories, awaiting posting teachers under Hardships i.e Divorce, Widow, Marriage, Disability, Medical) and Mutual. The schedule of e-transfer 2023 will be followed as under

All teachers who are willing to e-transfer 2023 should apply immediately because today is the last date for the submission of online applications. The teachers who have already applied on the SIS portal their merit list has been displayed on SIS portal. SED Punjab has directed all CEOs to ensure the verification of documents of recommended candidates by 3rd January 2023 positively. They are also requested by the competent authority to perform the verification process very carefully. Kindly convey these directions to all candidates for verification of documents. Kindly acknowledge this message immediately.

For verification of documents bring the following documents in original and Photo Copy in a file.

8. Affidavit (Only Mutual Transfer) both teachers

Download Transfer Rules 2022 For E-Transfer 2023

All CEOs are directed to start the process of verification of record/data of teachers who have applied for e-Transfer during current e-Transfer round, as per the schedule already issued by this Directorate vide Memo No.5877 dated 14.12.2022.

All the documents may be examined and got verified carefully in the light of e-Transfer policy. The Medical Certificates only issued by the Authorized Board are considerable as clearly mentioned in the e-Transfer policy, 2022.
