Major Requirements
- Group of 3 persons (friends/family)
- Maximum age: 40 years
- All members must have minimum 16 years education
- Lead applicant must have minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Only one application per person/group
- Government employees are not eligible
- PSRP Phase-I & II licensees cannot apply again
Important Conditions
- Police character certificates mandatory for all members
- Fake documents will lead to disqualification and criminal proceedings
- Entire group rejected if any member has criminal record
2. Individual Applicant
Major Requirements
- Minimum 16 years education
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience
- Maximum age: 65 years

- Previous PSRP Phase-I & II licensees not eligible
