UOS Revised MA/MSc Schedule 2020:In continuation to this office Notification No. SU/CE/191 dated 27-04-2020; it is notified for the information of all concerned that due dates for online submission of admission forms for MA/MS/M.Com (For Regular, Late College & Private Candidates) Part-1 / Part-II / Composite, 2nd Annual Examination 2019/1s Annual Examination 2020 are hereby extended as under:
- Last date to submit admission forms with single fee:15-06-2020
- Last date to submit admission forms with double fee:22-06-2020
- Last date to submit admission forms with Triple fee:29-06-2020

- Matric/Intermediate Certificates/Result Cards
- Applicant CNIC / B-Form
- Applicant Father’s CNIC
- Blue Background Passport Size Photograph
- Bachelor/Master Certificates/Result Cards
Payment Note
The examination fee is payable (through Challan Form) at any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. (HBL). Challan Form will be available to you after completion of your application

Important Notes
The regular students will submit an online admission form through online college admission
portal i.e. examinations.su.edu.pk already assigned to the Principals of concerned affiliated colleges. Whereas, private candidates will register themselves on online admission portal i.e. examinations.su.edu.pk, and submit the online admission form. No manual admission form is acceptable in any circumstances.
2. Fee challan will be available if the candidate completes his/her profile over the online admission portal. The
fee must be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in account No. 00427991796403 on computer-generated bank challan or through HBL Mobile Banking. Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque and handwritten bank challan etc. will not be acceptable.
3. After depositing the fee, it is mandatory to upload submitted fee challan or Mobile transaction proof on online portal to download the admission form.
4. After the successful submission of the online admission form, it is mandatory to print and submit a signed hard copy of the attested admission form along with the required documents mentioned on the admission form to the Office of the Controller Examinations, the University of Sargodha within due dates by post.
5. The Principals of colleges will deposit the examination fee of only regular and late college students of their college on a single bank challan. Private students will deposit fees on an individual basis.
