Eligibility Criteria For Nazims for hajj 2026

1. He/She must be a Federal/Provincial civil servant including GB & AJK of BPS-11 to 18.

2. Fresh candidates:

   • Minimum age 25 years, maximum 45 years on the closing date.

3. Repeaters:

   • Minimum age 25 years, maximum 50 years on the closing date.

4. Repeaters must have completed at least 1 previous Hajj duty in KSA as
   Pak-Based Khuddam-Ul-Hujjaj / Nazims.

General Terms & Conditions

1. NTS Written & Physical Tests Are Mandatory

Test Centers for Physical Assessment

The physical test for Moavineen e Hujjaj for Hajj 2026 will be held only in the following cities:

• Islamabad / Rawalpindi

• Lahore

• Peshawar

• Karachi

• Quetta

Applicants should keep in mind that no additional chance will be given if they miss their written or physical test.

Seat Distribution Khuddam Ul Hujjaj/Nazims-2026 as Per FPSC Quota

Syllabus Details

(1) Written test shall be conducted from the syllabus/material provided by M/o RA&IH.
(2) Further for 20 marks shall be allocated for Physical Endurance Test (PET).
(3) Each candidate has to submit a mental and physical fitness certificate.
(4) Merit shall be determined based on the marks obtained by the candidate.
(5) A merit list of each category of staff shall be prepared separately.
(6) Pass marks shall be 50%. A candidate achieving below 50% marks shall not be shortlisted for the Physical Endurance Test.
(7) Only shortlisted candidates would be called for the training session, followed by a final assessment.
(8) Candidates securing the highest marks after the training session / final assessment would be selected as Moavineen-e-Hujjaj for Hajj 2025.
