CORRECTION OF DATA OF TEACHERS / SANCTIONED POSTS OF SCHOOL HEADS.
Directorate Of Public Instruction(SE) Punjab/School Education Department Punjab has issued a notification on 12 May 2020 in connection with “correction of data of teachers/sanctioned posts of schools heads” and directed to allChief Executive Officers(CEOs)District Education Authority to make sure from your School Heads to correct the data of teachers and to make the correction if required Afterwards, you will verify all sanction posts where any changes have been made by School Heads.
Note
An updated version of ŞIS App with following features has been made available at Google Playstore on May 5, 2020:
- School Heads can update profiles of teachers.
- School Heads can update sanctioned posts of school.
- School heads can change assigned posts of teachers.
Please note that School Heads will not be able to update information (Grade. Designation, Subject, and Date of Joining in School and Assigned post) of teachers transferred through e Transfer. Also, School Heads will not be able to change Name, CNIC and Personnel number of teachers.
CEOs will have to verify all sanctioned posts where any changes have been made by Schools. List of sanctioned posts of all schools will be made available to CEOs after completion of this activity
