Applications on prescribed proforma are invited from suitable candidates for the following post on a contract basis under the Election Commission of Pakistan through Online Recruitment System and P.O. Box No.1418, GPO, Islamabad. The last date to submit the application is 30th October 2022.

Qualification & Experience

• Deputy Assistant Director (Accounts): 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting)/ Commerce from a University recognized by HEC. Two years post qualification experience in the relevant field are also required to apply. Or 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a University recognized by HEC.  ICMA/ACMA in addition to Bachelor’s degree.
  One year post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Senior Assistant (BS-15): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University+ must be computer literate.
• Data Entry Operator (BS-14): Bachelor’s degree. One year Computer / IT Diploma. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Junior Assistant (BS-11): Intermediate and must be computer literate.
• Sub Assistant (BS-09): Matric and must be computer literate +minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
• Naib Qasid (BS-02): Primary Pass

Age Limit

Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years

How To Apply For ECP Jobs 2022

(1)If you have an internet facility then you must go ECP’s Online Recruitment System by visiting the link i.e. www.ecp.gov.pk. Click on “Register A New Account” When you click on register a new account, Following form will appear. Fill all the boxes with relevant information.

(2)When you successfully entered all the correct information, ECP will send you a confirmation email to your given email address. 

(3)Now you can log in into your account with CNIC and password and apply for available jobs after completing your profile.

(4)Applicants who applied through the Online Recruitment System are also required to submit their applications in hard form. 

(5) Send hard copy of the application along with CVs and all relevant education/experience certificates including CNIC and one recent passport-size photograph to the below-mentioned address.

اگر آپ آن لائن اپلائی کرتے ہیں۔ اپلائی کرنے کے بعد آپ درخواست کو ڈونلوڈ کرلیں اور اس درخواست کے ساتھ اپنے تمام ڈاکومنٹس جن میں تعلیمی قابلیت کے سرٹیفیکیٹس، تجربہ کا سرٹیفیکیٹ، سی وی اور قومی شناختی کارڈ ضرور منسلک کریں اور درخواست کو مندرجہ بالا پتہ پر ضرور بھیج دیں۔درخواست فارم نہ بھیجنے کی صورت آپ نااہل ہو جائیں گے۔

اگر آپ آن لائن درخواست نہیں دینا چاہتے تو آپ درخواست فارم کے ذریعے اپلائی کریں گے۔ درخواست فارم آپ الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان کی ویب سائٹ یا پھر اوپر دیے گئے لنک سے بھی ڈونلوڈ کر سکتےہیں۔ 

درخواست کے ساتھ اپنے تمام ڈاکومنٹس جن میں تعلیمی قابلیت کے سرٹیفیکیٹس، تجربہ کا سرٹیفیکیٹ، سی وی اور قومی شناختی کارڈ ضرور منسلک کریں اور درخواست کو مندرجہ بالا پتہ پر بھیج دیں

مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں مسترد تصور ہوں گی۔

سیلکٹ ہونے والے امیدواروں کو پاکستان کے کسی بھی الیکشن کمیشن کے آفس میں میں جہاں یہ پوسٹیں خالی ہوں گی وہاں تعینات کر دیا جائے گا۔
