All CEOs Meeting Is Schedule To Be Held On 12-10-2021 At QAED Lahore
School Education Department Punjab has issued a notification dated 5 October 2021 in connection with “Meeting-Notice Meeting With All CEOs To Discuss Different Issues” and issued directions to all CEOs of Punjab that a very important meeting is going to be held on 12-10-2021 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM Sharp in Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED), under the Chairmanship of Worthy Minister for School Education, to discuss the following Agenda items
Agenda Points
(1)Implementation of SNC (Single National Curriculum)
- CEOs are required to bring along certificate regarding implementation of SNC in all public/private schools
- CEOs are also required to bring along list of hard copies regarding details of private schools in the district (Soft copy in Excel Format)
(2) Upgradation of schools including Insaf Afternoon schools
(3) COVID-19
- Implementation of SOPs
- Daily Vaccination data for NCOC of teachers and students
- NCOC dashboard activity
- Sampling detail
- i) 100% vaccination of teachers and students having age => 15 years
- ii) CEOs are required to bring along documentary evidence regarding vaccination of parents (family members) of both public & private schools
(4)Revival of Sports.
(5)Anti-Dengue activities as per SOPs.
(6)Disposal of complaints of PM Citizen Portal and CS Complaints Cell.
(7)Timely submission/issuance of retirement, pension and payment of leave encashment cases.
(8)Status about completion of ACRs and conduct of DPCs for promotion of staff/teachers up to BS-16
(9)Timely submission of cases for creation of OSD posts in favour of legal heirs of deceased government servant
(10)Complete & timely response to Assembly Questions
(11)Disposal of PM, CM, CS and Governor’s directives
(12) Progress on enrollment of students
CEOs are requested to bring along information as per proforma
- 1) Private schools registered on PEPRIS
- ii) No. of current teachers
- iii) No. of Public schools
- iv) Detail of dangerous buildings
- v) Total enrolled students with B-Form
- vi) No. of toilets
- vii) Total enrolled students without B-form
- viil) Detail of boundary walls
- ix) Detail of grounds in schools
- x) No. of classrooms
- xi) Availability of sports in schools
