Clarification Regarding Special Allowance By Finance Departement

Grant Of Special Allowance-2022 To The Employees Of Government Of Punjab In BS-01 To BS-19 Who Are Not Receiving Any Cadre/Service Specific Allowance.
The govt. of Punjab employees has taken a sigh of relief because Finance Department Punjab has issued a very important notification dated 18th August 2022 regarding grant of special allowance and clarified all the ambiguities about it.
I am directed to refer to your office letter No. TM-1/2-3A(IV)/2021-22/2971, dated 12.08.2022, on the subject cited above.
The case has been examined and observed that the Finance Department’s letter No.FD.SR.V.3-1/2021, dated 20.07.2022 clearly mentions sanction of Special Allowance – 2022 @15% of Basic Pay Scales, 2017 w.e.f. 01.03.2022. Now the Basic Pay Scales, 2022 have been introduced w.e.f. 01.07.2022. Therefore, the aforesaid allowance shall be admissible on Basic Pay Scales, 2017 as on 30.06.2022.

اندھا بانٹے خیرات پھر پھر اپنوں میں ۔کچھ اسطرح کا حال ہے میرے پاکستان کا وزیراعظم اور باقی وزرا نے اپنے اخراجات تو کم نہیں کرنے لیکن عوام کو اچھے سے ذلیل کرنا ہے کیونکہ اسی عوام نے لا کر ان لوگوں کو اپنے سر پر بیٹھایا ہے ۔اب روتے ہیں یہ لوگ ۔مگر اج دوباره الیکشن ہوتے ہیں تو یہی عوام پھر انہی کو ووٹ دیگی۔پھر رونا تو بنتا ہے۔
