Subject: REQUEST FOR GRANT OF EXTENSION IN CONTRACT PERIOD

OF SSEs AND AEOs

To

All Chief Executive Officers,

District Education Authorities,

in Punjab.

The Competent Authority has desired to submit the performance and general conduct reports of all such SSE5 and AEOs whose contract period is going to be expired so that the decision may be made about their extension in the contract period.

You are directed to furnish a detailed report on the above-mentioned

subject and submit the same to this Department through special messenger (both

hard and soft copies) on 17.04.2020, so that necessary action shall be taken In

the instant case accordingly.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.

A copy Is forwarded for information & necessary action to:

1. Director Public instruction (SE! EE), Punjab.

2. All Deputy Commissioners I Administrators DEAs in Punjab.

3. All District Education Officers (SE) in Punjab.
